Scope of Services

We offer marketing and communications consulting services including, but not limited to: content creation, UX design, website updates, SEO optimisation, campaign setup and management, training, and digital asset production. Any additional services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

Payment & Invoicing

All services are charged at a flat hourly rate unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are issued monthly in advance unless stated otherwise, with payment due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a fee.

Intellectual Property

All final deliverables and files created for you under these Terms are your property. We retain the right to reference non-confidential, publicly published work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions & Deliverables

All deliverables include unlimited revisions within scope. Final files are delivered in editable formats via secure cloud storage. You have full rights to modify and distribute these files for your own use.

Confidentiality

We treat all materials, correspondence, and internal documents with strict confidentiality. Cultural materials and stories are only shared with appropriate authorisation from you.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or deliverables, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time and will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the most recent version.
